Thanks to all who came out for The Longest Day and Night on June 6-7. BIG thanks to race directors Rodney Villella and AMy Bartoletti who pulled off a course that included mountain biking, paddling, tubing, navagation and lots of trekking. Also, thank you to our amazing volunteers and the entire Bartoletti clan for the incredicle post-race vittles!

	New York Adventure Racing Association is mixing things up for 2009 and changing the duration of its 2 marquee adventure races. The Longest Day will now add a night portion to make it a 27-hour event and the Shag (9/26/09) will take the 12-hour slot. Full Details of the Longest Day and Night
