Suzie Snyder

Suzie Snyder (Wallingford, CT) is marking her second season in adventure racing, but is no stranger to off-road sports. Suzie's athletic history includes competitive waterskiing, cross-country running, track and field, triathlon and off-road triathlon. For the past few years, she has been a top amateur level competitor in the Xterra triathlon series, winning the Amateur World Championship Title in 2006. Suzie is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and soon to be Level 1 Certified Triathlon Coach. Suzie's passion is in coaching law enforcement officers, firefighters and elite military groups in strength and conditioning to enhance their overall physical fitness and health to prepare them for optimal performance in the line of duty. In addition, she coaches athletes of various sports and all ages to enhance their athletic performance.
